order. Below are the kinds of e-mails you might receive:

or part of your order has shipped. Important notice about your
order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail,
including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to
the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of

problem can be addressed.
AOL E-MAIL PROBLEMS
Recently America Online. (AOL) has made changes to their existing
E-mail system blocking out any Web site address that you
do not allow in your mail preferences. AOL users must go into their
mail preferences and change the spam controls so you can add web
addresses that you wish to get through. You will need to add
K-Swiss.com so you may receive notifications and
confirmations from
K-Swiss. Without making these
necessary changes customers will not receive registration
e-mail, confirmations or tracking numbers.
