I would highly recommend this shoe Steve
This is the most comfortable athletic shoe of any kind that I have ever owned. This shoe provides more support and stability than the combination of the orthotic prescribed by a prominent sports podiatrist and the shoe the recommended.
Not a good replacement for Ultrascendor Gail
I loved the Mens Ultrascendor and bought multiple pairs at a time for years. When it was discontinued I bought the Hypercourt because it was recommended as the replacement for the Ultrascendor. It is tight in the mid-foot area, painfully tight on the top in-step below the big toe and loose and too wide in the heal area. It hurts after wearing for a long period of time and concerning because of its looseness in the heal while playing. I am shopping around for a better replacement.
Different, but still pretty good Donzo
I was upset to see the Ultrascendor discontinued. I went through more that 15 pairs of these over several years as a three day a week tennis player.. Initially I was not sure I would like this shoe, because it felt a bit softer and more generic, but I have become fond of this model.. Its not as stiff and rigid as the Ultrascendor but I actually found it more comfortable.. The sole life seems like its a bit shorter than the Ultrascendor but it had virtually no break in time.. I am now on my third pair of these
Horrible Jack
You managed to screw up this one up. Too narrow in the midfoot and toe box, too wide in the ankle. Effect is slipping of the foot in the ankle when you lean forward (despite rougher inside at the back of the shoe which will probably rip your socks). Also, because of tighter and more narrow mid section, this shoe will be prone to foot roll. What really amazes me is that after coming up with near perfect model of K-Swiss Men's Ultrascendor, they steadily has been keep going down. First, they replaced natural leather with plastic that cracks after few months, squeaks and does not breath. For what? To lower the price from 100 to 75? I have tons of options below 70 for cheap, plastic crap. Maybe because it is just hard for them to get real leather, who knows. My advise to you guys is go back to your original, natural leather K-Swiss Men's Ultrascendor Shoe. Please, do it quick before you lose most of your customers. I am already one foot out testing other brands...
I would not recommend this to a friend. woodchuck
I was a BIG fan of your Mens ULTRACENDER (both high back and low back). So when you stated that this Hypercourt Express LTR was the next generation of the Ultracendor. I went and bought it. It doesn't come close. The Ultracend is so much more then the Hypercourt in regard to comfort, support and quality that you can't even compare them.
